Born from a love of music and good people coming together, Festivols is a volunteer recruitment and management crew that helps festivals thrive.

We believe festivals can be a force for good. That means leaving no trace, looking after each other, and creating spaces where everyone feels welcome and valued. Our crew culture is inclusive, down-to-earth, and built on mutual respect. We don’t just show up.

Festivols is led by Mike and Lysette Bell. Between them, they bring decades of leadership experience in operational management and large-scale project delivery. More importantly, they’ve spent years in muddy fields and behind-the-scenes at some of the UK’s biggest and best-loved festivals, empowering teams, solving problems, and keeping things moving when the pressure’s on.

Volunteer management is at the heart of what we do. We know how to build a strong, happy crew that feels supported, appreciated, and part of something meaningful. From detailed planning and clear briefings to genuine care on-site, we create an environment where people can thrive and feel proud to be involved.

We’re big on communication, trust, and making sure every volunteer goes home with good memories and muddy boots.
